Years that made me a lawyer!

I think college need to increase the placements for law students. Yes they are no doubt connected to many of the law firms but it can be better but increasing the ratio. Symbosis is a very highly reputated institute so I think some of the quotas for economically weaker section should be addressed.

Being a Lawyers is never easy . University developed the immunity in me . I was ofcourse not chilled but there was nothing like being hectic . The working hours were perfect . All the practicals and seminars made them more interesting . The curriculum was strictly followed and it was great being a student of Symbosis.

Placements and job opportunities are quite good . The business placements are even more better. The law firms should be added because me being from that field felt that . Many of the companies like Gali, Broadridge, Mitraz ,Factset and even more there providing placements. It is outstanding for the students who will be getting approx 7-12lakhs for package and yes it was quite satisfying.

Amazing workshops and seminars. Debating events in international level. Symbinars. Sports meets. Buisness trips and much more. These events creates a sense of refreshment and great pleasure. Something different from academics is what the university aims of during some time.

Fee is bit expensive. I have also faced many financial issues in these 5 years. 2,80,000 in first and approx same in the others . In other 4 years it decreases for 10000 and we have to pay about 2,70,000.

If we talk about extracurricular activities then it is pretty good but not that perfect. Sports meets and many different activities like debate and skit events are organized but the university is focused and more dedicated towards academics.

Alumni network and seniors are highly supportive. When I was just a beginner and a fresher , I was so damn nervous but i literally thank to my seniors for making me feel comfortable in all the possible ways. Either academics or events they have been stupendous though.

Since ,I'm not from Hyderabad basically but the capacity of being a lawyer is definitely because of Hyderabad. I attained good marks in my higher secondary and applied for SLAT. The SLAT scores do matter a lot as per the interview. This is the base line that Symbosis creates.

The first thing every student desires of before taking admission is getting outstanding faculty and i was no doubt the lucky one. Most of the professors were highly experienced .They have always been the reason of understanding everything in a better manner. The practicals and trainings became more energetic because of them.
