Course Curriculum Overview

The course is well designed and structured. We have semester systems and exams are timely scheduled.We have frequent lab works and projects. They are not hectic. Course curriculum is research oriented.

Placement Experience

Internships are not provided by our college. But you can receive from outside. Placement cell is good. Many companies visit our campus and hire large number of students every year with average salary.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are expensive. The total program fees for 4 year is Rs 5 lakh. The first year fees is Rs 2 lakh, which includes the tuition fees and other project charges. You can arrange for loans from bank and other financial places.

Campus Life

Limited extracurricular activities is seen in our college. We have workshops and student parties. We also have a cultural society and annual sports which organises festivals and more. No politics in our college.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is quite strong and supportive. The senior students also help us a lot in trainings. the bond between the teachers, students and other staffs is very strong and we love our college so much.

Admission

You have to sit for KCET before getting admitted into the college. Then based on the entrance scores and 12th board marks a merit list shall be prepared and then you will be informed by the college to attend it.

Professors and Teachers are extremely qualified and they come forward to teach the students with interest and enthusiasm. They solve our doubts and help us in our assignments. They support us in our career.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

Don’t join East west college of engineering

I applied for Mvj college and ACS college of engineering and I got selected I didn't join those colleges because the fees was much higher compared to the East west college of engineering. I didn't applied for the other colleges except the above mentioned those 2 colleges so that no rejections.the cutoff for cet students they take in the rankings below 150000 & the eligibility for this course is 10+2 in science back ground...Read More
