Course Curriculum Overview
The course is for one year or twelve months and focuses on the food refrigeration and preserving technologies, food dehydration technology, protein's chemistry and technology, food processing and enzymology lab, et cetera.
Placement Experience
As this is just an certification program there aren't many companies that come to hire us as interns. The job placement, on the other hand, is pretty great, I did not take the job as I had to apply for my bachelors as well.

Campus Life
As a fan of literature I am not fond of anything more than a library and this college has a huge library which consists of fiction as well as non-fiction, documentary, biography and autobiographies from all genre. The college has a great infrastructure and a friendly environment.
Admission
Admission in this course is rather a simple one. After filling the application form, I was asked to wait for a couple of days before I got notified about my selection by the college through an official email invitation. The college asks its candidates to visit along with the required documents during the admission process.
Faculty
This was only a year's course but the faculty made it so easy, we had just cleared 12th exam back then, I still remember how the professors used to be so understanding and co-operative about almost everything.
