My time in iiiEM

Our curriculum gave me a basic knowledge on import-export. They gave us real life case studies and practical advises from concerning experts on the subject. This curriculum also gave me the practice i needed to start my own import export company.

The college offered us a very good placement service and they had a variety of companies coming in for recruitment like Zeppelin Systems India, OOCL India Pvt.Ltd, Nessa Illumination Technologies Pvt Ltd, Vimal Crop Care Pvt. Ltd, etc... They also gave us special access to the a import-export job website.

I had to pay around 29,500 rupees as part of my course fees. The fees was reasonable as the amount gave us detailed training on the subject. There were additional fees for rewriting or resubmitting an exam/ assignment which was practical.

The course had placements, job fairs and other functions. They celebrated or gave us holiday most major festivals. The college also had conducted workshops and seminars by some of the best in their fields to help train us.

The course was a short-term professional course for two days a week. We didn't have the need for a hostel but there were pg's available near the hostel that you could join in. I lived in the city so i was commuting to class and didn't need any boarding facilities.

The admission process is simple. We were told to give copies of our education qualifications and the college had verified our certificates and after that they contacted us to tell us that the admission to the college was successful

The faculty of our college was quite amazing. They were all professionals in their fields and had years of experience. The teachers were very knowledgeable and had a clear clue on handling certain crisises. They also were consultants so they had enough contacts in the field to find us actual problems that can rise in the field.
