Course Curriculum Overview
The Master of Arts was a two years course. The whole curriculum was divided into four semester. The curriculum was modified and updated regularly. The curriculum involves the knowledge of mathematics and statistics. Final examinations are conducted in every six month.
Placement Experience
My overall experience in placement and job opportunities was good. The college provides good placement opportunities by arranging many campus interview for the final year students. Many companies like HCL, AXIS BANK, ICICI, Max life insurance, Vodafone, IBM, Cognizant etc visit our college every year for campus recruitment. The average salary package offered by the companies was 7 lakh annually. They select students based on the performance in the interview.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure was not at all expensive. The fees was quite feasible. For the two years course, i paid around 5000 rupees. At the time of admission, i paid around 3000 rupees. The fees was less and manageable for all the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
In the college, many scholarship facility was provided. The college provides government scholarship, single child scholarship, scholarship to the Minority students, Farmer's scholarship,UGC Moulana Azad scholarship etc. Besides these scholarship, freeship was also provided by the college management to the needy students.
Campus Life
The college organizes many activities where students get an opportunity to show their talents. Many activities like Annual social functions, observation of NSS Day, Yoga day, Various Awareness programme, Freshers welcome etc. Apart from these activities many competitions like essay writing, quiz, drama, debate, singing, dancing etc are also organized. It was a very good experience for me by participating in all the activities and competitions.
Admission
The minimum eligibility for getting admission was to qualify three years of graduation or its equivalent from a recognised university. After qualifying my Bachelor of Arts in Economics , i took admission in this course. The admission was totally based on the marks obtained in the graduation.
Faculty
The faculties of our college are very very warm and enthusiastic. They give us assignment after completing each and every topic. The teachers encourage and support us a lot in our studies. Teaching quality was very good in our college.
