My life at CMD PG College

The syllabus of my course is really advanced and wide. It includes a variety of topics that is relevant now. There's a lot of room for research. We have exams every semester along with internal exams and other assignments.

College does not conduct any placement drives. Internships are not mandatory either. We can do internships during summer vacation at our pace and taste. You can also seek help from faculty regarding the same.

I pay about Rs. 4873 a year. My course is 3 years long. Therefore, I can pursue my graduation in about, less than, Rs. 20,000. For me, it is feasible. I think I pay a justifiable amount because of the overall infrastructure as well as the education I receive.

College offers many scholarships. Based on merit, or category. For deserving students who can't afford the education, there are scholarships. Other govt. scholarships can also be accessed. Or else you can also approach banks for education loans.

We all are assigned to a tutorial group which makes the academic matters easier. There are workshops and seminars too for students. A lot of sports activities are also there in the college with great facilities. Red Cross and NSS are active on the campus. Industrial visits are also provided.

The admission is based on merit. You have to have good marks in 10th and 12th grade to be an eligible candidate. The merit list will be published soon. I applied for the course online and I had decent marks in my 12th grade.

We have one of the best faculty in the college. They're all really friendly and kind to us. All of them has high qualification and training with years of experience in teaching. The classes are interactive and a lot of fun.
