The college is best known for the placement. The computer science department highest package was 39 lpa this year and average package was 18 lpa. Average package of ECE was 14lpa and highest was 39 lpa. IT has also similar statistics as CS with average package 18lpa and highest 39lpa. The senior gives ample oppurtunity ro enhance the skill set in coding. The proffesors are upto the mark. They are having great achievments bht when it comes to teaching, they teach in an average manner. The infrastructure is poor and that is the biggest demerit of the college. The admission is done through JoSAA counselling which accepts JEE Main score and rank as the parameter. There is a very good placement in ECE branch over here. Every IT sector companies give chance to ECE students and offer a high package. The faculty is overall good but it is not world class. You will find some of the subjects and professors interesting and some boring. But no doubt each professor have very high achievements. There are two exams conducted in every semester. One is the mid sem and the other is the end sem. The difficulty level is from medium to tougher.

The fee for students with no scholarship comes out to be 227000 per year or you can say for two semesters. The campus life is cool. As you enter the college , within two months there will be SWAGAT, the fresher party of first year. Then there will be AVISHKAR , the techno management fest of the college. It is held in the month of september. There will be another technical fest callrd PROSANG that takes place in february. After that comes the biggest cultural fest of the college that is CULRAV. It is held in april.

The hostel does not have very good infrastructure. In the first year the rooms will be a bit big but you have to share with other two room partners. The mess food will be good initially but as you spend your time , the quality of the food will gradually decrease.
