College has been doing a great job with its education & infrastructure & facilities. One thing that can be improved is the recruitment of students can be made more difficult, so as to insure the quality of students.

I took the following entrance examinations. IIT JEE, AIEE, UPTU &Amity University Entrance TestI got through the Amity University entrance test and opted for the same . Because I did not wish to skip a year to prepare for IIT colleges and also the infrastructure of this college exceeded to those of UPTU colleges.

The course curriculum was spread into 8 semesters. It included specialised courses like of Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics & Automation engineering. Also a foreign language course was mandatory. I took French as another language which also helped me in developing my personality. The course included extensive theoretical and practical explanations of each subject.

College internship was internal & external. Internal included research on a particular subject. External internship was done by me in TATA Motors, and there was no stipend offered.Companies which came were Accenture, Capgemini, Honda, Pepsico, IGL, HCL, & many others.

Out of 100, 60 got placed on campus. Companies which came were Accenture, Capgemini, Honda, Pepsico, IGL, HCL, & many others .Packages offered were starting from 3.0 lakh per annum to 5.0 lakh per annum for freshers.

Annually each department like engineering, management, biotechnology, law had their individual technical & cutlural programs. Everyone was allowed to attend and participate. There use to be artists coming from bollywood as well, like Labh Janjua, Adnan Sami, Sonu Nigam to name a few. The events use to be big with lot of fun & music.

The fee structure was expensive as they were providing those facilities as well. Our Mechanical fee structure was 70000/- per semester not including hostel fees.

Yes, on the basis of class 12th results i was offered 50% scholarship. There was no loan availability from the college.

Campus life was excellent. Very good educated crowd. Almost 2:1 sex ratio of boy to girl. There was no discrimination of any kind. Foreign students also were part of the college. There were cultural programs and competitions held within the campus for hostel students as well as other events.

Hostels were clean and nice.It was sharing as well as individual accommodation, with no problem in space or facilities. Hostel fees was 45,000/- per year.

Senior students were very helpful as well. We have our alumni and also there is an annual meet for all the students held yearly, during the end of the year in december. College motivates the alumni to help in the growth of the college, by providing contacts and marketing. Also any infrastructure required like machines & equipments.

Yes exams were held in every six months, including the minors and majors. Working hours were from 9am to 6pm from monday to friday. Lab exams were held separately, making the day very hectic.

The faculty of the college included teachers with PhD holders and who had research papers by their name. They were individual teachers for each subject, which helped in specialization & proper education of the subject.They were very co-operative in every aspect, including the help they provided after class too.
