Entrance Preview

I gave JEE MAINS and secured 90 , i got admission basis of my class 12th marks which was 82%. I choose bsc-it because it was related to computer and i have interest in this field.I got admission on 12th marks after qualifying written test and interview round.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I would give course curriculum 8 out of 10. The course is of 3 years which have 6 semester and after every semester there are examination. The course include subject like operating system ,java database, mobile computing and many more.It also have open elective like german, french .

Internships Opportunities

Yes,every year we have summer as well as winter internship. Student from different college like bbd, ram swaroop come to take part in it. Many companies like wipro, HCL,IBM, accenture, TCS provide internship and at 3000/month cost. This year we too took part in it and it was better.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement cell is very good here for even BSC-it course as this course is quite new and there are not many students in it. This year our placement is going on and companies like wipro, accenture, and innova ,TCS are coming. The amount offered was handsome about 25000-30000/month.

College Events

5

Amity is known for its fests and events, everyday something happens here. Sanghatan and Amiphoria are its two main events. Sanghatan is like Annual sports and goes on for a month, whereas Amiphoria is like Annual function cultural. Student from all colleges are invited.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Amity is a private college and of course expensive, at time of my admission my fees was about 75000/semester now it is something much more than that. Amity have 5 hostels and there are many room so no need of fear of hostel room accomodation. 2 people live in each room. the fee of hostel is 55000/year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes it give scholarship at time of admission to student having good grades and it continues if one maintain his academic record. And there is also a provision of merit-cum scholarship which is given based on merit.

Campus Life

5

The gender ratio is equal here and people from different countries too come to study here. Campus has immense space and 3 big grounds along with gym, library. The library is a national library and the labs here are too good ,equipped with all facility. Activities like workshop, robotics debate also take place often.

Alumni/Alumna

Till now not have any contact with any alumni, but seniors are happy with their placements ,those who are placed. Some are placed inside the university as faculty and accoutant. As far as they told it seems they are happy with their choice and preferences.

Exam Structure

There are two types of exams held here internal and external. Internal is of 30 marks and external 70 marks, all total 100. No, there is no hectic day because there is a gap after every exams and practical labs. So no worry about it. And saturday and sunday we have holiday so those are day for chill out.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty over here are very qualified, and masters in their subject.Talking about interest in teaching. They are always there to help student in whatever manner they could. Most of them have doctor degree and done their phd. Even non - core faculty like foreign language faculty are also good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me you should choose Brahmanand College but as I wanted more practicals then theory work but it is not like that here because you get more time to study and practicals were less .Exams' timings were sometimes morning, afternoon so you will have to manage yourself accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd rate the curriculum 4/5. Topics like programing and data structures are super relevant.it prepares us for tech roles, but could include more hands on projects and industry tools. More focus on emerging tech like Ai /ML would be awesome. Exams are semester wise and okay.areas for improvement: internships, coding challenges, and guest lectures from pros. Solid foundation overall !

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the faculty teachers and all the staff was very good and the faculty teachers of the science were very fabulous in education causes me to choose this course... The curriculum here was in terms of social interaction was ok but it was not that good for the future real world academic pursuits as their were not that much activities for the social appearance... In terms of course curriculum and teaching method this college doesn't need much improvements because it is much better according to teaching method , as the teachers were good in terms of teaching... The timing and frequency was having much gap between one semester exam and the other semester exam , so there were not much difficulty in giving exams according to my perspective...
