This college is the No.1 college for Engineering across Puducherry. Under the top 100 engineering colleges across India, our college is ranked at 78th place. The faculty and staff are so kind and all are Ph.d scholars studied at the top most IIT institutions in India.

They so good and sofisticated so that the one's who take it serious and works hard reaches his/her goals. And more over there are a plenty of companies across India who have signed MoU's with PEC and are willing to recruit students from Pondicherry Engineering College.

There are a lot of scholarship programs in PEC but i don't know about those programs in a detailed way. No worries for financially unstable students. Pec has the best alumini association who support students of all categories and places.

As a government undertaken college, PEC has the best infrastructure and laboratory facilities with a bigger and neat campus with transport, hostel and canteen facilities at the most high class way. With over more than 10 buildings over a large campus area, PEC has the best infrastructure compared to other colleges in Puducherry.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is one of the most highlighted facilities in PEC. Seperate hostels for boys and girls of B.tech, seperate hostels for M.tech boys and girls, and seperate quarters for Ph.d scholars. With the best water and toilet facilities along with day to day cleaning of the entire hostels its a best solution for all the students in PEC.
