Entrance Preview

Examinations qualified- AIEEE, I opted this college as i have heard from many people about this college that it has a good reputation. Teachers in the college are also very supporting and qualified.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum was very descriptive. We have all listed brochure about the course and there are also references about books that can be used to read for the subject.

Internships Opportunities

Internship was to be done by us own. Although teachers help in choosing the companies for internships. Also a reference letter is provided by the college for students to the companies.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities are very high for the college. There are numerous of companies and organizations that are invited for student's placements.

College Events

There are many college events celebrated like freshers party, college fest, farewell party, teachers day celebration, inbush era, sangathan sports league.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan facility is available. However there is no scholarship facility available. But college can give reference if needed for the loans to make it easy for parents.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni and seniors keep visiting the campus or they are invited for various events. So, they are in regular contact with present students to guide the students. Also alumnis have made a good reputation in organizations in which they were placed by the college and hence made our college trustworthy.

Exam Structure

Exams are always hectic for students whereas labs are chilled out. However proper preparation time is provided so that students can complete their courses for the examinations.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

I actually chosed tgis college as the exposure was pretty good. But the major part of me for choosing this college is because I was denied by my parents to learn animation as that was my first preference. AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk. Admission process for Amity is quite moderate, you have to have 70% aggregate in PCM to apply for BTECH, and the students have to go through an interview round to get an admission letter based o nthe interview...Read More
