Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is like the usual universities. Engineering course is same everywhere. Plus the benefit you get here is of learning a foreign language. Which is not in other colleges. Plus the semester abroad programme to increase your grade is available. Where you can go and increase your pointer.

Internships Opportunities

The college doesn't provide internship but it do provide placements for the students. Also, Some courses it do provide internship. But it solely depend upon the calibre of the students. How much they know accordingly they are paid.

Placement Experience

The best thing about this college is that it provides placement to almost everyone. More than 100 companies visit amity. And the opportunity is unlimited.

Fees and Financial Aid

When I joined this college. I was provided 50% scholarship from the college And not only me. Many of my classmates too were on the scholarship. The college provides 25%, 50% And 100% scholarship to bright students.

Exam Structure

The exams structure is like the usual ones 2 or 3 days gaps between the papers. However in some papers. There is no gap But it is perfectly alright.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk.
