No. 1 jharkhand government college, with prominant record of prestigious alumnus. College has good infrastructure with good faculty members with very good placement record. The college campus is also been great and green.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course gives a vast knowledge of knowledge about the mechanical engineering with various subjects to be taught, we have been given industrial internship too. Faculties are good at their subjects and have enough to make you learn. Personally i feel R.k nayak of thermodynamics section is favourite of mine.
Internships Opportunities
I have been opted for various internship which i got from internshala platform, i have worked in oyo, worked in swiggy internship and also got selected for subject matter expert in various platform, i have applied for internship in physical industries for training and internship but unfortunately due to pendamic, no one got chance for it.
Placement Experience
In my branch, one can say placement is moderate, In my branch students get selected in companies like tata, jindal, honda, cognizent, hero, suzuki, etc. In the previous batch almost 70 student are placed from batch of 105 student. For placement students have to pass different levels of test which include personal interview too. Alumni meeting helds very often. 'Yumedic' is one of the startup of this year from our college
College Events
Campus life is great i would say, there are soo many clubs with different motive are their like cultural clubs, technical club, social clubs, sports club, eco clubs etc. Also clubs organize various program of their own, some of most awaited program of all the student is 'FOYC' which is the contest for fresh of the year which is the biggest program. Bitaansh is also a great cultural fest.
Fees and Financial Aid
No i haven't taken any loan for the course, as the course fee is soo less that every one could afford, even if one cannot, goverment will provide enough scholarship for them, that they would be able to pay for the fees.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is good, have a good college ground and sports facilities, have a big digital library, seimens lab, equipments are much old for core branches,but work as required. No wifi is given until yet in the campus.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, i am enrolled in the hostel, mess i would is good. There are a number of hostels in the college primises, where with increase in academic year, the no. Of students in each room is decreased year by year and finally we get a single person room in our final years. Mess fee is 3000 per month, and with 8000 yearly hostel charges.
