Firstly its Central Government University with higher certification value, and one can avail much facilities in just small amount of fees.And benefit of studying in a central university you got many opportunities like scholarship, placement, to know about other courses you can opt further as mostly courses are available in university, you can catch-up with students of different courses can get knowledge of other things also and most importantly you can develop your self in that environment where you get know everything.

I won't say it's best but good enough for doing BCOM from AMU. In there very knowledgeable and experienced professors will guide you. AMU BCOM follows the syllabus of CBCS as all Central University do.Faculty of commerce oftenly organise different programs and exhibition for students to develop their skills.

The Aligarh Muslim University Training & Placement Office looks after the Campus & off campus Placements of all the Non-Engineering Courses of the University & Coordinates with the respective departmental TPO's regarding the Placement & related activities.

Technical fields are much advance in engineering departments,There is CEC a whole department for organizing and practicing cultural activities.Sir Syed Day is celebrated on 17th October like Diwali in AMU in the rememberance of founder of AMU Syed Ahmad Khan. I'm not bragging but you'll find everything that a student needs from college that's the benefits you get in Central University like AMU If you're a Bonafide student of AMU, you can avail Asia's one of the biggest Library "Maulana Azad Library" where you can access books for your courseComputer center will provide you services if u don't have your personal computer and you have to do some work.Wifi for a whole year by just filling form for WiFi registration.Hostel are well equipped and have study rooms, playground, park, dining halls, common room for indoor games.College is provides every sports facilities for students who are interested and take part in national level games.Have canteen facilities near every faculty.University health center and hospital are there for any student who is feeling sick can go there and avail treatment.There are Cultural Educational Club (CEC) it consist of different clubs like drama, music, literary, and etc for students interested in extra curricular activities. There's kennedy hall AMU's auditorium where all big functions are organised and movies for students runAnd you know what interesting, it's all free of cost, you won't need to pay anything things for doing any of the above mentioned except for filling forms with very nominal amount in CEC that is ?200

The hostel facilities divided into halls,There are 21 halls in AMUOne hall consist of 5-6 building approx with more than 50 roomsOne room is shared by three studentsHostel is not alloted in first year generally but after one year you'll have it.In hostel there are seperate bathroom, seperate toilets with gyser and RO water.
