Remarks

Firstly there is a good balance between academics and extra curricular activities in the college. Also the computer engineering department offers a lot to explore. There are a lot of inter college and intra college events helping in an overall development. Lastly the college is in Gujarat so it is easy to travel in bus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is the same as gtu (Gujarat technological university) prescribes. It was not that advance but if you really want to learn then the faculty would be happy to help you out with your doubts. Faculties are different for every branch and they help you if you want. There are internships and industrial exposures. Just be willing to learn and work hard.

Placement Experience

Mostly students of computer and information technology get maximum placements. Companies like L and T, Byjus etc do come on campus. There are technical and non technical profiles offered. There is a training and placement cell in the college. There are various alumi who have completed their graduation in the college and now are a part of prestigious corporate institutes.also ssip cell gives a platform for student innovation. The placement process consist of different tests like coding, aptitude test and interview. Ssip cell is great for those who want to create new technology.

College Events

Campus life is great. Technical events like prakarsh which is a national level technical event and vision is the inter department technical event. Prakarsh is a two day event in which various colleges participate and is one of the best events. Also cultural events like spandan, a college level cultural event, avishkar, an event in which final year projects are exhibited are a treat. There are various committees for the overall management of events. Also the sports and cultural competitions allow the students to show their talent.

Campus Life

There are 2 sports grounds and the college is one of the best in gtu, wifi is not great. The library is huge and offers e-books as well as different kinds of books. Equipments in lab are not that updated and they don't work the best. The canteens are good if you want to eat occasionally. Classrooms are well ventilated and computer labs are air conditioned. Overall the campus is well ventilated and good.

Alembic,pollycab and sunpharma are visiting this callage and I don't know about Highest package but the average like 500000 and the students are have more than 8 CGPA so they are definitely eligible for the placement

The SVIT journey

I applied in PDPU(PDEU) and Lj university ahmedabad. I chose this college because 1) It is one of the best and renowned college inour region 2)The feels is comparatively too less.Yes my application in Nirma University(ahm) got rejected because i couldn't clear the cutoff of CSE of that college.The admission process in SVIT is simple you if youre alloted seat through ACPC or you need to visit the campus for management quota.The exams required here are 12th PCM and GUJCET or JEE.The exam most preferred here is GUJCET as it is simpler than JEE the cutoff of SVIT for CE was 7000 rank (GUJCET) this year....Read More
