The factors that made me choose Bennett were its location and the fact that it is a Times India network initiative. I was also impressed by the infrastructure of the university and the awesome sports facilities provided by them.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum contains all the subjects that you need to learn in order to develop various skills necessary for the job. The faculties encourage practical learning over theoretical learning, which is the best thing. Moreover, we are also obliged to do yearly internships to expand our knowledge horizon as well as practical work expertise.
Placement Experience
There are a lot of companies that visit our university for recruitment, which shows that there are enough job opportunities for the students to make use of. This year itself, about 98% of the students were recruited by 220 companies that visited the campus for recruitment. The highest package offered for this year was 44 LPA and the average package was calculated as 7 LPA. The placement cell is the prime reason why all the students were placed with a good package and work contract.
College Events
To me the campus life is the best part of being a Bennetian. We witness huge festival celebrations and inter-house competitions. The university also hosts annual fests, i.e. the sports and cultural fests, which are very hugely organized, where over 30 universities and colleges participate. Besides this, the universities holds some tech-oriented and gaming competitions as well.
