CET, Rank - 266. I opted electronics because of my interest in the subject. Like other colleges BVB also offers course in computer science, electrical , mechanical, instrumentation, civil and various other engineering courses.
Internships Opportunities
I had a very good experience while working as intern in one of the start-up incubated in the campus. Stipend is not given to most of the interns, infact internships are difficult to find, you have earn your internship.
Placement Experience
However the campus opportunity for finding jobs is very good and about 60 to 80 percent of the students get placed. Software industry giants like TCS, INFOSYS and others visit the campus every year and recruit hundreds of students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I feel the fee structure to be decent. For the merit seat, I completed my engineering within 1 lakh. But if you seek entry through Comed-k it turns to be somewhere around 4 Lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
As per my knowledge there no scholarship programs or facilities available. Since the fees is pretty low, I don't think scholarship is required at this college.
Campus Life
I enjoyed my engineering at BVB, It has very well equipped gym, stadium where many sports are organized throughout the year.
Alumni/Alumna
A very good connection of alumni. Many alumni meets take every year. I was recruited as an intern in one of the start-up companies started by the alumnus of bvb. It was a very good experience to work with them.
Exam Structure
The exam structure is quite simple, there are two minor exams every semester which count for 40% of your total marks. The lab exams contribute 10% . The remaining 50% to be part of the annual exam for each semester.
