1.Electrical and electronics was the best course I could have received in my rank 2. Apart from IIT's, this was a pretty good option considering the other private engineering colleges weren't as attractive as Manipal in general and the campus is beautiful as well

Our course syllabus is vast and updated.Industrial exposure comes in the mid of 3rd year.The faculties are mostly good and are friendly as well. They solve doubts in middle of the class as well if we can't understand any particular part but you obviously have some exceptions everywhere.

All the big names in the industry do visit manipal every now and then. The number of students placed is also decent and is overall better than the other private colleges.Notable alumini from Manipal Institute of Technology include Satya Nadella (CEO of Microsoft), Rajeev Suri (CEO of Nokia), etcThe entrepreneur cell in college is satisfactorily well made and provides opportunities for students to grow their startups in all possible ways.

Each and every event,extracurricular activity is amazing and is conducted on large scale. You'll find temples inside campus for cultural events like navratri etcTechnical fests include tech tatva which is decent but obviously better than other private colleges.The real fun kicks in for the non technical fests which include holi celebration, REVELS which are massive and super entertaining.

For scholarships- Check AICTE scholarship schemeFor loan facility- Usually banks like SBI, Indian Bank and Canara Bank offer full coverage of fees (including academics and hostel) with a payment period of 15 years and the rate of interest are almost similar for everyone (8 to 8.2% per annum)

One of the best campus in the country.1.Sport facilities include a sport center named Marena which has top quality gym machines, full size basketball field next to wonderful scenery. Obviously all this comes with an additional price of 2000 per month2. Wifi is decent and acceptable3.equipment in labs for branches apart for computers is a bit old I should say. Computer labs are amazing though

Hostels are the best for freshers (first years) The room types include single (ac and non ac), double sharing (ac and non ac) double sharing (attached washroom and common washroom).The price of hostels ranges with its type from 96000 per year(meals included) to 180000 per year (meals included)The hostel seats are not limited but they are first cum first serve.PG's or people who usually don't stay in hostels pay nearly 10000 per month only for rent
