Remarks

The prestige and the location of the college attracted me towards it.Also the branch I have chose is quite rare (Textile technology) which is run by NITJ and IIT Delhi only if we talk of the IITS AND NITS.

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall it was good.but we can expect a bit more industrial exposure.Curriculum is totally fine and provides ample knowledge about the inner story of the field of textile.Faculty of the institute is very helpful and guides us in every situation.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are perfectly enough if u possess good knowledge of the subject. Furthermore if u have extra knowledge about coding etc then it spikes the chances of your placement.

College Events

Utkansh is the name of our college's technical fest which is very popular specially among the youth of the nearby.Our college each year hosts a popular personality on this Mega event.Around 500 students participated in it last year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Student loans are availed to the students easily by visiting the college branches of SBI and Canara Bank.

Campus Life

Our campus is very well equipped with the wi-fi.It holds a huge library where u can go and read books of ur choice at any time of the day without paying anything.Sports facilities are very good and provides an opportunity for the talented fellows.Labs are nicely maintained by the lab attendents and are equipped up to the date.Furthermore,some new equipment are also being installed.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infrastructure is par excellence and specially the mess food in our hostel used to be very good.The room is shared among two pupils.The rooms are easily available for the students.The hostel advance needs to be paid in the beginning of the semester.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

From four semester we start getting internships from various companies depending on student skills ,but regularly in 6th/7th sem we can ppo's pre-placement offer In cs department students are enjoying an average annual package of 17LAKH while in EC department, students are enjoying an average annual package of 13.5LAKH IN CS DEPARTMENT the placement percentage is nearly 91% while in ECE department placement percentage is nearly 97%

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculty of Delhi University was fabulous well educated professors were there and in chandigarh University too the faculty is quite good and helping in nature. Faculty is always ready to help students at both universities. They teaching style is fabulous at both places. There were only semester exams in Delhi University and some internal tests and practical file marks were there butin chandigarh University we have exams every month this must be changed

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
