Remarks
IBS is a very good brand name in the market and as my job was in Hyderabad from the last two years I felt Hyderabad was a good place to do an MBA. Moreover getting college like IBS was the cherry on to of the cake.The placement record that I heard was not matching but I got placed at last.
Course Curriculum Overview
The great thing about IBS is that they set the whole syllabus in the form of case studies.It was their USP that they do case studies in the class and that was the way they teach their students Faculties were great and supportive as well as they are always ready to solve our problems
Internships Opportunities
I have done my internship at TATA Tesco.the college provided me a great opportunity and helped me alot to get the internshipthe stipend that I got was 12000 per month and it longed for 4 months the learning I had in my internship was beyond the knowledge
Placement Experience
It was all dependent on the factor like you should have a good CGPAYou should not have any backlogThere are almost 200 companies that visit our campus but still 35% students are left unplaced but i feel theres no fault of collge because they call maximum company they can still if you are nt grabbing opportunities its your fault
College Events
The campus was always full of energyAlways there is some event going on in the college campus We had an annual event also in which we use to invite celebrities I guess it was the biggest event in the college and in the whole Hyderabad because we had the biggest campus in Hyderabad
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship was provided to the top students of the college in terms of academics and also in terms of the sports as if you have represented any national team then they will definitely provide you scholarshipThey also had loan facilities but I took it from my own as my dad was in SBI
Campus Life
As everyone has to stay on campus so I had a great experience in my 2 years of MBA life All facilities are provided like we had swimming pools, badminton court, basketball court, squash court, cricket pitch and ground, football ground, tennis court, etcEvery branch had its own library like we had Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Personal management
Hostel Facilities
The hostel was also very neat and clean all the time We have given the amount for almost everything like a mess, food, laundry, etcAll the facilities were available in the hostel We also had a 24X7 canteen where we can hang out and can have chit chats at night time
