Remarks

Ibs Mumbai is 2nd best college of ifcai after Hyderabad in terms of placement and roi. It is situated in the center of city like mumbai. The college offers pgpm in finance, marketing and hr. The faculty is also well qualified and experienced.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed for the students is much flexible and updated. The faculty of the college are IIM graduate and have immensely experienced in their specialization. College provide internship to the students in 1st and 2nd yr both.

The companies which visit the campus are tier 1 companies like hdfc bank, TCS, Accenture, Citi group. The average placement package is 6-7 lac and the highest package is 15 lac. Students get great opportunities here in terms of placement. There is huge alumni network of ibs in all over the world.

College Events

Technical fest, events, are organize on large scale where other college students also participate. Cultural fest, sports events, inter college sports events are also organized for the students. Being students I got many opportunities to showcase my talent.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There were sessions for GD, PI and other guidance. There was GD round after that PI was taken , I gave ibsat and got total of 92% as a result of all the process.
