Remarks

Location in Banashankari the heart of Bangalore, academics were good and professors are supportive, good placements more than 90%,And close to my cut off rank, I opted for ECE because it is flexible and we can jump off to any career path after graduation easily

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum purely depends on VTU syllabus, It is not upto date, Industrial exposure was descent, faculties are very supportive and empathetic. One of the good faculties are Jyothi ma'am and Veena ma'am, they are active and always ready to support students in their projects

Placement Experience

Many service companies visit our campus like infosys, capgemini,accenture etc placement process goes smooth, and rigorous training is provided for the same. Every batch has someone who started their own company one of them that I can list is Hycubes

College Events

Extra curricular activities is less and exposure to fest etc is less as well, but you can take initiative and start a new one but that requires lot of willpower and efforts to start.There is a yearly technical fest called Tatva and is average, not that big. Sports events are conducted regularly

Campus Life

Wi-fi password not easily accessible unless you are from hostel, There is just one ground for all the sports and is not sufficient. There is an indoor badminton and table tennis court. There are two libraries one for reference other for borrowing, library is pretty good

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

I actually could have gone to iit but I ignored cbse and couldn't complete the 75% criteria,due to cbse my kcet rank went down, according to my rank this is the best college and course I can get,yeah I got rejected by iit cuz I got 67%, I don't know about other admission process mine was due to kcet u have to either pay challan in bank or online of rupees 107500,after that u have to download the admission order and go to the college submit the necessary documents and pay 27500 admission fee in which u will get ur stationary,a artic fox customised bag, library accessibility,etc my branch cutoff was around 65k...Read More
