As my institute comes under DTE section(Private institute but under Government section), (1) tuition fees were less as compared to the private institutes where tuition fees were above 1lacs. (2) Institute has an excellent campus provided with a great infrastructure. (3) Hostel facilities( For girls and boys) included Mess too and is located in the same campus. (4) Institute has a proper surveillance. Hostels are kept neat and clean. (5) Not the least, the Staff of institute is so co-operative and expert in their work. They ensure that they look after every student's academic growth.

Course syllabus is well updated with all the kind of exposure that us needed in architecture. We were provided with a great faculties ( Ar. Harshad Raisoni, Ar. Fatema Kabir, Ar. Rakhi Begampure are some of the best). They used to teach every topic thoroughly with site visits, workshops, etc. They expertised in their work and also looked after every student personally and were very friendly with us.

Internship at Vijay Patil and associates, Nashik. Stipend- ?8000.I had to apply for an internship at the end of 4th academic year. I had applied in various firms which I found are the best. For the application, I had to submit my CV and a portfolio incl. the best academic work and live projects if any. After they reviewed my application, I received a joining letter and had completed my internship for 4 months I.e. one semester. Minimum criteria for days of internship was 100 days.

There are various job opportunities after B.Arch. There are opportunities in private, government sectors. Also some can practice on their own and alumni of the college are very helpful in everything. Some of alumni has started their own practice and has now startups in 3-4 cities in India.

Architecture department has a unique culture in the college campus that students do every arrangement in the program from stage designing to other managements. No outside help was taken except DJ. Interactions and gatherings were the most positive things. All were united and fresher's were motivated and not ragged.

We can take education loans. Open category students were offered EBC scholarship based on income criteria. Other backward categories also did get advantage of the scholarships and concessions.

campus is provided with all the kind of sport facilities i.e. basketball court, volleyball, cricket grounds,etc. Also it has a working Wi-Fi connection in hostels and all the classes. Architecture department has a separate building where we were provided with CAD labs, a medium sized library, a multipurpose hall, material labs, exhibition hall and studios.

There is a beautiful hostel facility, seperate for boys and girls in a low amount(21000 hostel+17000dining). It is provided with a huge courtyard In the centre having a sports court. Dining facility is inside the hostel only. There are 3-4 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel.There are around 325 Rooms in girls' hostel. Evert room was shared in 4 girls and ech provided with a bed, a cupboard and a study table. Every 5-7 rooms has a common toilet incl. 5-6 toilets and same no. Of bathrooms. Boys hostel has separate bathrooms. Hot water facility is provided 24X7 and a good drinking facility is provided on each floor. Every hostel is provided with one warden and a assistant warden with proper nos. Of security guards and CCTV surveillance.
