A journey worth sharing

Everything is good. But our college needs to workout more on students getting engaged in practical knowledge. There are no industrial visits from our college.

The entire course curriculum is good. The learning way imparted in our college makes every student understands clear and able to study. With that standards maintained in our college, more than 60 companies will visit to our college every year for placements.

TCS, CAP GEMINI, CTS, INFOSYS, IBM, L&T, MIND TREE etc. are the companies that visit our college. There is a exclusive PLACEMENT AND TRAINING cell in our college to train the students and assist in getting placements. Last year, for a total of 975 students, 623 are eligible and 552 are placed. General steps are no backlogs, above 65%, pre placement talk, written test, Group discussion, HR round.

Participation in every event is very huge in number.

It's feasible that's how I have joined in this college. In my view it's the college offering best education and collecting less fee. But the only thing is collection of fee will be very earlier that is before completion of present academic year, they will put a deadline for the payment of next academic years fee. When I have joined the tution fee was 67k but now it's 90k. And one have to pay 15k in first year and 8k in remaining years in addition to tution fee as library fee, NBA Accredition fee and bla bla. And one have to pay examination fee for semester end examinations that is 1800 per semester.

The college did not offer us any scholarship. But Telangana government offers a wide range of scholarship. For general category students who posses EBC certificate will get a fee reimbursement of total college fee if the rank of student is below 10k and the other students will get a fee reimbursement of 35k. And it applies the same for BC category students. For SC and St students irrespective of rank they will be offered full college tution fee in the form of reimbursement. NOTE:The student have to pay complete college tution fee if his/her parent is a government job holder irrespective of caste.

Gender ratio is 10:1 ratio. But there is a friendly environment irrespective of gender in the campus. A lot of workshops are conducted in our college in respective upcoming technologies related to different departments. Coming to parties our college will entertain less in terms of parties rather than give more importance to studies. Even in case of sports they will permit us to go to other colleges or tournaments for playing but will not train any fresh aspirant.

I have not opted for college hostel. There will be PGs located around 2 kks from the college. For 5 sharing the fee amount is 3500 and for four sharing the fee amount charged is 4000. Likewise for three sharing there will be some more amount.

I had no interaction with our alumni yet. But I have heard that many of our alumni are settled in high positions.

TS EAMCET is the entrance exam I have written to get into this college. This is one of the top 10 engineering colleges in Telangana. For general category rank should be ranged from 10k to 15k to get admission into IARE. After getting required rank, one can self report in the college and join.

Taking the total count of lecturers in our college, there are around 275 in number. Among them nearly 30% lecturers hold a Doctorate. Average age of our college lecturers will be approximately 35. They share a very good knowledge and their experience with the students apart from book knowledge.
