College management was strict and will lead u a disciplined and punctual life throughout and credit goes to dean of the college Mr Ashok Rai.

Course curriculum is old and needed to be revised, but it seems to much to ask from RGPV University, many of my friends got sem back and year back, but I was able to pass with mild efforts. University exams have repeated questions from last year's, u have to practice old papers and ofcourse shivani is question book, which is savior for many rgpv people, no industry specific knowledge was there if u have keen interest towards it, but at undergraduate level, people generally don't take it seriously.

Companies mainly that visited at that time were Triveni turbines, which was mainly for mechanical and rest were IT companies like Infosys Wipro cognizant etc. Mainly requirements of the company were either 60 or 65% throughout. People have to give first written then according to it they are shortlisted and then followed by interview. IT and CS people almost all got placement but mechanical, civil and electrical, people, few have joined IT companies and many are unplaced.

Less extra curricular activities were there in LNCT BHOPAL, in four years one fest was there and events were CricketFestTechnikalaFood stallsGuest celebrity Ranvijay also visited the college, college has one playground near library and huge campus for various extra curricular activities to be taken care.

Feasible 60k charged per year from the students plus exam fees which will cost around 1000 and if u stay in bhopal not in hostel then u have to pay the bus fee which is around 10 k, payments were accepted mainly by demand draft and neft, they were separate accounts department of every branch and u have to fill the fee form and submit in the account department.

You will be getting scholarship if u are reserved category student like Schedule caste and scheduled Tribes, other backward classes and if u will top the RGPV University then u will be getting around 20k.

See there were different sex ratio in different branch, mechanical engineering have poorest ratio with 0 girls and 200 boys, and electrical 20 girls and 40 boys, civil has 10 girls and 50 boys, Electronics has 25 girls and 35 boys. And CS IT has around equal no of boys and girls. Labs were good, this college is a bit famous in Bihar and up so crowd will be from mp up and Bihar and a bit of other states also.

I was not staying in the hostel but my few friends were hostelites, they have to reach hostel before 8 pm or so or have to stay outside for whole night, hostel rules were strict. At that time hostels were alloted to only 1 st year. I stayed near indrapuri in bhopal which costed around 4000 per month to me. with mess charges around 1500.

Senior students were helpful when we were in college and after that I connected with few of my seniors and they helped me in many ways such as making us equipped with syllabus and made us to know about our many mistakes when we committed it. And better communication between senior nad junior is key to enjoy college life.

I gave the examination mp pet and got admitted in LNCT BHOPAL at July 2012, I prepared for IIT jee but didn't able to clear it, but LNCT had some avg reputation in Madhya Pradesh. I got 6000 rank in mp pet and I got mechanical engineering in lnct bhopal, after document verification and getting admitted in LNCT BHOPAL, I joined the college and I was happy and partially satisfied, I wanted to work in PSUs so I opted for mechanical branch.

Odd semester used to be of 6 months and even semester have been of 4 months so the lectures were also designed accordingly, attendance was more important criteria for getting sessional, and lnct was the college one has to attend the college, teachers were mostly mtech from NIT and hod was PhD from IITs, few were knowledgeable and like to share their experiences with students as per their interest, first year and second yr, teachers used to work with students but as afterwards students shift their interest from the class so their teachers.
