Great memories of college

Merits- Facility of college is very good, like lab sports and library.Every room is well furnished with proper sitting arrangement with air condition. There is facility of 24 hrs wifi also.Demerits- some ragging is there. Fees is too costly.Hostel fees is too costly.Some politics is there between faculty and students.

AMCAT, I have selected b. Pharma just because of my chemistry. My favirote subjuct was chemistry at intermediate. In AMCAT first written exam was there. After clearing my written exam i had given personal interview to my hod.

There was 8 semester in my programm. In 1st and 2nd sem there was common subject as in intermediate like maths english , anotomy, and pharmaceutics. After this medicinal chemistry came which was continue till last sem. Another subjects were clinical pharmacy and jurispudence. In pharmaceutics i had learned regarding tab syrup injection that means how to make tab. Suspension and syrup. I had some extra subject also like behavioral science and german language.

My college internship was held at om biomedics, haridwar for three months. There i have learnt about the different -different proceedure for making tablets and capsules means punching, coating packing etc. The stipend was 3000 per month at that time.

Three big companies were came at that time for campus placement, Nestle, GSK, and life cell. In these companies 40 % people was selected. They had offered on avg 4 lac per annum.

In my college there is one mega event every year ' Samanvaya'. In smanvaya there is many competions as per the programm, like german language competion, logomania, green pharmacy. Some cultural event is also there, like fasion show, rock show and musical show. Samanvaya is of three days. On last day prize distribution is there. I have participated in almost every event even march past also. And got recognition also.

Fee structure was very feasible at that time. At my time one semester fees was on avg 40 thousand. So it becomes 80 k per year which was not expensive because so many colleges offering same fees at that time.

There is scholarship for those who scored more than 75% marks in intermediate. More than 75% less than 85 % will get 25 % scholarship, 85% will get 50% scholarship. There is easy loan facility also. My college has the tie up with different-2 banks like PNB and BOB.

There is 60 % boys and 40% girls. There is different different workshop like computer added drug design and behavioural science workshops. There is no ragging of juniors, there is some politics between some students. Some students make their group also. Economic status of mostly studene was very good. In my college every room is air conditioned.

I had newer use my college hostel just because of my hometown. But hostel facility is very good in my college. But it is so costly. 40 k per year for accomodation excluding mess charges. There is sharing also. Atleast 2 members are there in one room. There is pg surround the college which cost is approx 2000 to 3000 per room

Actually my batch was first at that time at 2007 but some seniors of other course was very helpful and always make a unity of my college student. They always ready for helping us. they had arranged the fresher party for us in which they had organised my games.

There is 8 sem in my programm. Each sem has one mid sem and one endsem. Mid sem is carring 40 marks and end sem carring 60 marks. In mid sem and end sem there is the gap of 3 months and lab is together with exams.

Faculty of my college was very tallented there was 16 faculties at that time. Almost all were the phd. They were masters on their subjects. Some faculties was visiting faculties. Who come for only one hour. Apart from my department faculties there is the faculties of another department who taught us the german languafe, English language computer science and behavioural science.
