Remarks

My college is a very encouraging college in terms of sports and other extra curricular. I opted for my course thinking it?ll be easier with sports. And I liked that my college is very highly reputed.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty was keeping up with the current time. They take a lot of trouble to make each one understand and fun to do. They help you grow and put a lot of effort and make sure each one does well and push you to do better

Placement Experience

We don?t have job placements for our stream but there is a lot more to do after majors. A lot of studies ahead

College Events

Extra curricular activities are highly encouraged in my college. We have about 5 to 6 college fest from different departments every year. A lot of time and effort is put in as they are one of the biggest fest in Mumbai and taking part in it just widens ones circle and gives them exposure

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

Life learning by the sea

I had applied for 3 colleges- Patkar college, Sophia and KC. I got selected in all three colleges but just because i wanted to experience travelling I decided to take KC. Eligibilty is based on your 12th marks so basically its on merit basis with minimum aggregate of 50-55% no entrance exam.
