My life's biggest Experience

Today also it is considered as one of the best engineering college in mumbai

We used to Yearly semester pattern for exams so the students used to be very relax towards exams,this helped us a lot in enjoying other activities during college time. This made us very relax towards exams.The syllabus taught in school was very useful in our later life

Last year companies used to approch college for placement but I never attended any. I used to bunk all the placement sessions and used to enjoy the time with friends

One of the best event during my college days Symphony where all the engineering student used to gather and perform.apart from that we had rose days, friendship days, tie day,annual day.Symphony used to be the biggest event which I attended during my college days

We used to pay fees by cheque on half yearly basis,the fees was 4500 rupees during those days which was in a way feasible for most of the students.we need to deposit the cheque at the registrar office at a scheduled date and time. Which includes college fees gym fees and library fees

I have got an scholarship from Pune University which used to pay my entire year fees at the end of my academic year,

One of the best campus with greenery and big grounds, 27 acre property filled with all types of institute and students, it was so big thay I saw rains in some area and dry in some area in one campus for the first time in my life which I still remember

I used to stay in goregaon and my college was in Vidya vihar I used to trave to and fro from Mumbai local train.so I didn't opt for hostel.it used to tooke me one hour to go and one hour to come home by train

Seniors were sometimes good sometimes showed their seniority but after some days in college they were helpful towards us

Admission criteria was percentage, the one who got good percentage used to get admission through list displayed on college notice board, three list were displayed,if you have your name in it you are on or else you have to find some other college, I got on 1st cut off list in 1991

That time we had one of the best faculty who were mostly gold medalist in their subjects. I still remember my HOD KARMARKAR who was very sweet,we used to call him Do Die Do, translation of KARMARKAR, our principal C C Desqi was very good in his subject too
