Dream college

I basically reside in new delhi east zone when i was looking for colleges i kept some points in my mind which is the basic criteria for the selection of the college. I can across many colleges but there were some criteria which were not fulfilled then a friend suggested me about this College . I always believe in visiting the college rather than to believe on others opinion. So i visited the college there i applied for this college entrance exam just to check the students capability and i cleared it with flying colours. Then they called for an interview round where they test your basic understanding and knowledge and test students approach towards a question. After that they announced the result and we were provided with the admission form to be filled and i was really impressed with the faculty and staff there.

I choose this college on the basis of some criteria like how's the faculties there, what is the reviews about the college, in which year it was established, placement percentage and number of offers offered to the students, what are the various companies that visits the campus etc. Faculties are really qualified here some are IITians most of the facilities have cleared gate not once not twice but more than three times that shows the quality of faculties there and i always believe in quality rather than quantity. Faculties are always there to help the students. Exam standard were quite good neither i will say hard nor easy.

The college offers you to visit industries and take some exposure out of it which eventually would help students during their interviews . Time to time they arrange industrial visits for us .

If you're in IT branch the mass recruiters like TCS Capgemini starts visiting the campus at the end of the third year and you can easily get placed if you're good at coding. Not only for IT cs branch if you're among any branch and if you want to appear you can appear for those interviews. Highest package offered is 28 lakhs per annum by google and average package revolves around 3lakhs per annum. 90% of the students get placed at the end of the final year . My plan after pursuing my degree is to get a good job whether in govt or private sector.

In this college fee doesn't get hike with every year progress it gets lower and lower by the year not too much decrement . The fee decrement is about 4-5 thousand rupees which is not bad at all. The college doesn't offer you any scholarships but the scholarships are provided by the up government for the needy students who can't afford that much money.

The college organise technical fest every year which helps a lot of students to learn something new and interesting outside that rigid curriculum and classrooms. These fests are generally conducted in the month of October . The college library is well maintained and equipped with computers and e-books. The college oraginese sports activities on regular basis and it helps students to show some of there skills other than curriculum. There are many clubs and societies run by the students like cultural society , drama society etc.

During the admission process we were put through many challenges one of them was the group discussion round . We were provided with a common topic to speak on i was the one who took the initiative to start the topic and the topic was women empowerment. Those students who qualify the group discussion round was eligible for the personal interview round. As such i wasn't prepared for it . But these are so common topics if you note some points in your mind you can speak fluently just you have to make sure you don't loose your cool stay calm and speaks whatever came in your mind with some facts and figures.
