I choose this college because here I can get very good exposure towards practical knowledge rather than just being a bookworm. Various events are held in amity which also gives me exposure to the outside world. Also as this college requires strict attendence criteria of 75% it helps a student to become regular , sincere and adaptive. I opted for Economics as a course because I quite liked this subject from my schooltime and I also believe that it has a great scope it job Sector also as if we see almost in every company there are positions related to economics sector. The webinars held at the university with great professors from all over the world helps us to get exclusive insights about the job market also.

In my opinion the course structure is designed after a lot of research about what is important for students to know about economics as well as other subjects so analytical subjects are included in economics like comparative economic development, data analysis, international economics, econometrics, statistics in economics, research methodology in economics, economics growth models and it's application. To develop teamwork spirit NTCC assignments are given to students, Various clubs like environment clubs, amity youth fest , seminars, events are there to enhance skills. Yes I really like the way Dr Kalpana Singh teaches us through power point presentations in class I makes international economics easy for us to understand.

I joint one internship in Professional Joints Hub, got paid Rs 1500 ,through internshala I got the internaship, I made various head up banners, carousal ads, content for the venture.

Major roles offered during the placements wee underwriting and sales , big recruiters like Quality Council of India , American express, Flipkart, Nestle, Microsoft .Companies like Mahindra Hyundai and Maruti visit campus steps are followed like 1st written test, then ppt round then interview round if the person qualified. In batch 2019 Manurut Lochav got placed in Quality Council of India as a marketing intern with MA eco in Amity. Shivani Katyayan got placed in VARStreet.Inc as content writer with B.A economics in Amity.

Amity offers an amazing campus experience as you get a lot of exposure to different kinds of people across the country and also with the international students, there willdear lot of extra curricular activities available to take part in them especially for freshers, events like inter Amity sports SANGHATAN also takes place , I took part in kho-kho and had an amazing experience and also made some new friends from other departments. Inside the campus you will get all kinds of food like south Indian, Chinese , North Indian and much more.

Yes I have got scholarship of 30% in my 3rd semester because I was among top students for CGPA in semester 2. Though if you get 90% or above in your 12th standard you get 50% scholarship in 1st year and for continuation in 2nd year you must be in top 10% of the merit list of the program, if you get 95% above in your 12th standard you get 100% scholarship in 1st year and for continuation in 2nd year you must be in top 5% of merit list program. You can avail scholarship in middle of the program but it will be only 30%.

Yes Amity has an excellent infrastructure with facilities like well-equipped central library, wi-fi facility to every student and faculty, IT lab, hostels in H-block , cricket ground ,basketball tennis ,volleyball and badminton courts. Amity clinic is also there taking our health conditions into consideration, Institute also offers research and consultancy activities, Big auditoriums in each block of university, good cafeterias are also there like cafe coffee Day ,W-Smith etc, dominos , subway and much more.

As I stay in Noida only I haven't opted for hostel in Amity but some of my friends have opted for hostels but they can't bring their day scholar friends in hostel, they can't go outside the amity campus without the permission from teacher except on Saturday and Sunday, hostel provides students 24*7 high speed WiFi, ensures 24 hours water and power supply, tight security, high surveillance, medical care so overall hostels are good
