This is one of the best engineering colleges in India. My seniors also suggested this college as it had a very academic environment along with focus on extra curriculars too. The teachers are one of the best in the country including the famous H C Verma
Course Curriculum Overview
There is so much flexibility in the courses that you can take. We can also get a branch change if we score good enough in first 2 semesters. We can do double majors, minors in other branches as well. Thus no student is denied access to any course. The college focuses very much on academics. There are quizzes, assignments and mid sem and end sem exams which keep students busy all throughout the semester. Most of the faculties are decent but not all. Some are just crazy with their strict course policies and some teach really bad

I interned in samsung r and d bangalore. Stipend was 35000 per month. I interned as a software engineer
Placement Experience
The student placement office does a great job and lots of companies come during placements. However not all branches have many companies coming for them. So those students have to go in banks etc. IIT kanpur had one of the best placements in 2019
College Events
The campus life start with interaction with our seniors. It really opens freshers up and makes them feel comfortable and lose all tension. There are so many events and fests happening all throughout the year. It's so much fun. Everything is managed by the students and in an amazing manner. There are so many clubs that you can participate in any extra curriculars that you want with like minded people
Fees and Financial Aid
My family income was less than 6 lacs per annum so I got mcm scholarship which included my entire tuition fees. There are various other scholarships like sports scholarships and some for excellent academic performance
Campus Life
Sports facility is really good. you can play all kind of sports and join the college team. Wifi is present almost everywhere in campus. Labs are pretty well equipped. The library is one of the biggest in any Indian college
Hostel Facilities
Some hostels are very old with not really good rooms. Some are newly constructed with excellent facilities. It depends on your luck which hostel you r assigned. Food is not very good. Earlier freshers were kept with seniors but now they are in a separate hostel all together. So interaction with seniors is really less.
