Remarks

My decison of choosing Ahmedabad institute of technology was primarily based on the following factors: Based on the merit list prepared by State; Proximity to home; Affiliated to GTU; Old enough institute; Chose computer engineering since, I had a flair for it.

Course Curriculum Overview

There is only one industrial visit thorougout 4 years of course which is not much of use. All the faculties are primarily from Gujarat and some are even from the same college. These faculties are decent.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 520000 per year

Placement Experience

There is a dedicated Placement Cell. Companies that visited during the placement season of 2016-2017 are Just Dial, Etech, Ensight, Coca-Cola, Eclinical works, Ethos, epitome, IMS, Capita world, Delf, etc

College Events

There are technical and cultural festivals. Also, there is a sports event that takes place between these festivals. The college also celebrates Navratri/Garba. They are not very big or on a large scale.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is not much to applaud for. Library size is just enough. At the time of exams, there is a shortage of book copies. Laboratories, especially Computer labs are well equipped. Only the computer labs have access to wifi. Not all of the institute campus is wifi enabled.

Alembic,pollycab and sunpharma are visiting this callage and I don't know about Highest package but the average like 500000 and the students are have more than 8 CGPA so they are definitely eligible for the placement

Daily life of an engineering student.

At first , i wanted to enroll in a government engineering clg , due my financial situation, But my score was low in the diploma thats why i got a seat in the government polytechnic in rajkot , but it is far from the ahmedabad and my father had recently passed away, so couldn't leave behind my mother .
