Good College

The Management should take steps to retain efficient faculties. When the management hikes the perks for the staffs, generally they will not find other colleges.

No entrance exam required. A good academic scores is sufficient. The infrastructure is good. Building and lab facilities are good.

Syllabus prescribed by Madurai Kamaraj University is followed. Follows a semester method. Each paper will have internal and external marks. Internal marks will be decided by weekly test. Three tests are conducted for each subject. Average mark is taken from best two test marks.

No internship or stipend is provided. Internship have to be arranged by ourselves. They provide a bonafide certifcate. That alone is their part. There is a Placement Cell in the college. The placement cell should take note of the needs and provide the students what they need to complete their course succesfully,

They provide soft skill development training / worskshop. Some small companies show interest for campus selection. Students are encouraged to take part in campus interview held in other colleges.

Each department can conduct a seminar or Symposiom. A nominal amount of expenses budget is alloted to the department. Industrial Visit also encouraged by the college. The management allows when reasonable proposals like industrial visit, seminars or intercollegiate meet is proposed by the students.

Fees structure is reasonable. There is no any government aided courses. All the courses provided by this college is self financed. So fees will be little more compared to other Aided colleges.

Student can avail government scholarship. Fees can be paid in installments. There are some scholarship provided through management. But most students are not aware about it.

Campus life is enjoyable. There is facility for indoor and outdoor games. Sports day is conducted every year. Student can participate in games in which they are interested.

Hostel amenities are nominal. In each rooms there will be four students residing. The food is also ok Can give 3.5 rating out of 5. Separate hostels for boys and girls.

Alumni meeting is conducted every year. The passed out and working students share their work experience and how the college was helpful in acquiring a job

Each subject has internal as well as external exams. Each semester will have two practical Labs. Both written exams and practical exams are conducted in a proper manner.

Staffs are well trained and well equipped. The Management have to take steps to retain the equipped faculties. Freshers are also recruited, it takes some time for them to handle the classes.
