Remarks
I chose RVSCET because it was quite fascinating. It was one of the top private college in Jharkhand. The infrastructure, facilities, faculties, placements everything was good. And, the most important, it was in Jharkhand. I chose B.Tech because I always wanted to be a computer science engineer. I love computers.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course curriculum is nice. It is quite similar to BIT Sindri's syllabus. Although, we didn't had any industrial exposure but other branch had. Faculties are quite humble, inspiring and so helpful. Apart from college curriculum, one can take career advice too from them. The quality of education is quite good. Prof Sushant Mahanty, Prof Anjali Kumari, Prof Dhiraj Kumar Mishra, Prof Ravi Bhushan Thakur, Prof Rajesh Kumar Tiwary.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, I have done internship as a Django intern in XL Technologies, New Delhi. It was an unpaid one but quite informative. I applied in the company by myself. Also, I am working as a content writer intern at Shortfundly. It is also an unpaid internship. I applied for this job through Futwork.

College Events
RVS has a number of fests and events. We have a techno-cultural fest annually, sports meet and many NSS and other events too. They are quite prominent in itself, especially the techno-cultural fest. It is a three-day event. Celebrities like Ash King, Kumar Sanu, and many more have come for their performance. Participation is also vast, not only the college students but students from different colleges also take part. RVS is funded by ICICI, DigiExcellence and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, I got 75% scholarship because of my academic results. One can get E-Kalyan or Medha Scholarship too. Toppers get a scholarship of 10%. First 10 admissions get tuition fee waiver facility which will cost you around Rs 10000 per semester. Also, each year you will get scholarship based on your semester results.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is good. The campus is situated in the lap of hills and a river running besides it. The college is equipped with two girls hostel, three boys hostel, canteen, mess, teacher's apartments, staff apartments, ATM, shopping center and doctor's clinic. Wi-fi is provided to everyone but one can access it after college hours and you'll have to take access of it. Basketball court, badminton court, volleyball, football grounds and many sports facilities are also there. Library is also huge with a huge collection of about 20,000 books. Labs are equipped with all the equipments and safety measures, and ac too.
Hostel Facilities
You can easily get the hostel with an additional charge of Rs 30000. You'll get big rooms with attached washrooms. One cupboard, chair and table, 24 hr electricity and water will also be provided to you, although there is no air conditioner facility. Guards will be there on the entrance and the whole campus is equipped with security cameras.
