Remarks

RVSCET was the top Private Engineering College in Jharkhand.The security for freshers is very high and specially for girl students.The faculties are very supportive.If someone is trying to learn more than the syllabus, they will give their 100% to help you achieve that.I got 55% scholarship in the 1st year based on my JCECE rank.It was close to my hometown.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus was not that updated because of Kolhan University but in 2018, Technical university updated the syllabus which is far more than enough now.The faculties are very supportive and helpful.Some of them are :-1. Pathfold Education, Data Analysis, 4000/-.The selection process went through the telephonic conversation and one live interview.

Placement Experience

Different companies visited based on their field.Sales, Frontend Developer, Web Developer, Backend Developer.Atleast 3 students are placed on an average in each company and atmost 11 students.Job referal is good by the alumni.The placement process go through these steps -> 1. Written test2. Aptitude3. Group Discussion4. Technical Interview5. HR Interview.

College Events

College announce few technical events but not much.There are 2 main events every year ->1. Frolic (Sports Event) - This event is specially for RVSCET students.It's between the Departments.2. Provenance (Techno Cultural Festival) - This event is open for all. It's for 3 days. It take some charges and also they avail guest appearance in this event.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provide scholarship for the first year based on the marks in the 12th or JEE mains. It provide yearly scholarship based on the average of the marks of 2 semesters of previous year and also it provide scholarship for the topper of the department and the college.

Campus Life

Sports facility is available for those who are willing to learn.Wifi is available in Hostel from 5 pm onwards only for laptop users.Library cantains 20000+ varieties of books.Lab have sufficient equipments available for experiment.Each section is divided into half to attend the labs in alternate days.

Hostel Facilities

Regular cleaning is provided. Warden take care of the discipline to the best of their limit.Rooms are easily available.There will be 3 beds per room.Shifting is done every year.The rooms are nice and large enough in the 1st year but from 2nd year,the room will be smaller than the 1st year room.

Srinath university is a good college overall but in developing stage. It will be very better in upcoming years.

B.Sc chemistry is a very diverse course in which onr can go in teaching line to M.Sc in biochemistry to become medical college professors and also can go in technical line like metallurgical department and others. Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is average over all. 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies are Tata motors, Tata steel, Nathcorp etc. The highest package is 6.5L and average is 3.5L as per profiles offered. 60-70 % students getting placements.

The placement of IIT dhanbad is very good and it offers a average package of 24lpa with highest package of 66lpa this year. Also every year more than 70% students get placed in our college. Specially the core companies shows a lot of interest in our college like coal india, sail, gail, petroleum industries companies, mining companies , etc Average package of cse here is 28lpa with 90% placement rate. Average of electrical is 23lpa with placement rate of 80%. Similarly, every branch average package lies between 18lpa to 24lpa.

The placement season starts during 7th semester when various companies come to camous to recruit students. Top companies such as google, amazon,microsoft, coal india, texas instumentation, ONGC etc visits the campus for recruirment. Around 60 -70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package from the camous was about 1cr . And the average package of the college was about 15-16 lakhs Apart from the capmus placement many students apply for off campus placement for which also tge college helps.

This college is an engineering college and I choose this college for a Btech degree in civil engineering. The teacher faculty is pretty well they teach us and do many practical labs. The student ratio in my class is 50:11 which means 50 boys and 11 girls in my branch. Mainly they all are DR they have dr degrees and they method is simply not like an extraordinary teacher. In my college teacher took all the exams at timely and it is not very difficult to pass

The admission process was offline. forms has to be filled up which cost 1000rs as registration. application form is available on the main building of the college in 2nd floor.
