Remarks
I was intrested in pursuing law since I've had a family background of it. Amity University was one of the best choice available for me because of the wide exposure it gives. They organised a lot of Moot Courts and a lot of companies came in for the placements.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was regularly updated and the Faculties were well versed with the subject and the learning involved smart methods. There were regular moot courts and MUNs. The exposure to the practical world was good especially in my course of study due to the internships involved.
Internships Opportunities
I had done 5 internships in the duration of my course with NGOs, Multinational companies, Law firms and Judges. The last semester internship was with JK cements for a duration of 3 months for which I got a stipend of 6,000 per month.
Placement Experience
The college had a placement cell which looked after the placements every year. The company network of Amity University is great and for the placement of my course alot of leading law firms came like Kalra Associates, Maheshwari Law Associates etc.
College Events
The sports fest 'Sangathan' used to be very huge and the students of various branches of Amity University across the world used to participate. The cultural fest 'Amiphoria' saw a great footfall and those used to be the most lively days of the college throughout the year.
Campus Life
The college had a huge campus and all the facilities were way upto the mark. The Library block was newly made and had all the books of Indian as well as International authors. My course didn't involve laboratories but according to some of my friends, the Labs were very well equipped.
