The Psychology faculty of GMGC is excellent. The college is very reputed. After my 12th I wanted to pursue my career in Psychology because I have a deep interest in this field. Being a resident of Kolkata I wanted to study in a local college. And after researching, I found Gokhale to be suitable for all my needs.
Course Curriculum Overview
It follows CBCS structure, which is the most updated syllabus till date. No industrial exposure has been provided but for our course it's not required now. All of my faculty members are excellent. Especially, Dr. Leena Nair Sengupta.

For our dept. Placements and job opportunities are not much of a concern. There are various noted alumni. Dr. Leena Nair Sengupta is one of them.
College Events
Campus Life is very strict. No such social life. But if someone enjoys learning and studying, it's a great place to study at. Many cultural programmes are arranged, also seminars are conducted, blood donation camps are held every year.
Campus Life
Campus infrastructure is not very good. No proper canteen or seating capacity is low. Library is nice with many important and diverse range of books. Laboratory is okay. Sports facility is not that good but we have annual sports day.
