CMRIT - A place where future is created.

CMRIT is one of the best college in Karnataka. It is also one of the NAAC A+ accredited college in Karnataka and had its name positioned in top 10 best colleges of Karnataka. Studying here is a great experience with friendly lecturers and hundreds of extra curricular activities to do. Its location is too good as it is in city. Hygiene is maintained in the whole college. It is a ragging free campus. Hostels are also very clean and good with a mess which servers two days non vegetarian also by also maintain separate veg and non veg counters. Class rooms are well lit and lecturers are very interactive. CMRIT also has a fully functional gym, a table tennis court, a volleyball court, basketball courts and football/cricket field too. CMRIT gives equal importance to both sports and studies. Placements are also very good with a maximum package received 22 LPA. A lot of well known companies like TCS, Deloitte, L&T, Mahindra, Wipro etc come every year. I am proud to be a CMTT-ian.

I have chosen Information Science in CMRIT. It is good branch which is made more lively with Information Science department's knowledgeable and friendly lecturers. All lecturers in the college have done their phd or masters in their course. We have well equipped labs having all huge to small machinery. Exams are also easy to pass if you are attentive in class. You just need to maintain notes and you will pass. I myself have got 9.11 aggregate. Class are fun with knowledge with highly qualified lecturers who teach u as if they are your friends. They also will try to solve your personal problems if you share it with them. CMRIT also provides Tie Your Laces program from 1st year itself to prepare students for placements.I am blessed to have such supportive knowledgeable lecturers around me .

CMR offers you a lot of internship opportunities to apply for in good core companies. It also selects students to sit for pre placements in 3rd year.

CMRIT provides placement training from 1st year itself. Many well known companies such as Deloitte, TCS, Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, Eurofin etc come every year. More than 40 companies visit CMRIT to offer jobs. The highest package this year was 22 LPA. CMRIT has maintained 100% placement. CMRIT also guides even after you graduate till 5 years so that a good job is secured for you. You become eligible for placement from 6th semester itself. Hence if you come to CMRIT, future is well secured.

Fee Structure is simple. If you are from KCET you need to pay the KCET fees + tuition fees of 30000 rs. At my time KCET fees tuition fees was 80710. Similarly for Comedk it was approximately 2.1lakh per year. Management was as per as the agreement made while seat allocation. Fees can be paid either in installment or else at once through DD.

CMRIT has a lot of extra curricular activities conducted everyday. Industrial tours to coding competitions, singing competition to sports and arts there is a lot to explore and participate. We also have our annual fest called Cultura which lasts two days.There will be plenty of inter college completions like coding, dancing, singing, rapping, band battles and a lot more and next day be the DJs night where international DJs are bought. We also have ethnic day annually also also a sports event called Spardha in which all kinds of sports competition is done. We also have a lot of clubs like Music club, Dance club, Literature club, Coding clubs, Art club etc. Our knowledge house called library is one of the awarded library in Karnataka having plenty of books to read and is spread across two floors. Its well lit and well ventilated. Silence is always maintained. We also have a huge auditorium called dhwani and also mini auditorium for each branch.

Hostel is the best place to create memories. CMRIT has two hostels for boys and girls each. One is old hostel and other one is NRI hostel. Both the hostel is well lit and ventilated. Hot water comes twice a day that is morning and evening for 2 hours. Well lit bathroom with huge mirror. We get coupons for laundry who comes thrice a week Warden is also friendly. Mess is hygienic and has a good menu having north indian to south indian and also Chinese food. It has separate veg and non veg counters. Mess gives two days non veg too.
