I'm absolutely satisfied with our college. I had a lot of exposure and great experiences here.Placements in our college were good. Almost 95% of the batch got placed.The infrastructure of our college was good. However, it was not that great when I joined here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our faculty are great. All the faculty members have achieved a lot. The had presented a lot of research papers. They are very supportive, helpful and encouraging. The students can get any help from them regarding the studies. The curriculum is well-designed according to the industry requirements.
Placement Experience
Placements in our college were good. Almost 95% of the batch got placed. The highest package offered was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. The students got internships in very good companies. The placement committee aimed for maximum students getting placed even though the package was low.
College Events
We had a cultural fest named culfest which had dance, drama, and singing competitions. It even had other events like making the dress out of newspaper, painting, drawing and sketching competitions. Events like making something out of clay are also organised. Celebrities like Javed Ali performed during our events. One technical event named Ojass was also organised here. Competitions related to the different courses and other competitions like robot making are conducted during this event. Famous people also visited the campus for guest lectures.Every year, students of our institute visit other institutes for participating NIT games and they also win gold, silver, and bronze medals. Annual sports meet is organised every year and the main competition in civil vs mechanical branch every year for winning the trophy.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarship were given to the college students.ekalyan, tata Cummins scholarship, Bihar student credit card,nsp.this scholarship were given to the students as per their family income.Ther is also fee waiver provided buly the college for economically backward students
Campus Life
The infrastructure of our college was good. However, it was not that great when I joined here. But our director sir had renovated many facilities like hostel and labs. They even expanded the hostel since the batch strength was increasing every year. The labs for every course were being renovated. I think the infrastructure has improved a lot now.
Hostel Facilities
There is 2 mega hostels J and K.single rooms are alloted to each student's.There is volleyball court basketball court and hockey ground inside the hostel campus.There are common rooms in each 2nd floor where all students join together to watch tv.there is a mega mess.and also a night canteen for the students. The quality of food is decent.however 3 times a week, chicken were given to the students during lunch
