My Longest Vacation.

Though the academics were not too strong but the college life was fun filled, enjoyable and there is a desire to relive the days again.

Entrance exam rajasthan pre rngineering test score-100/120 I chose this college because it was the best college through this examination and also the college was located in my hometown.

The course curriculum was not latest many outdated technologies were still a part of syllabus and the focus lacked on the industrial demand. The syllabus was not updated from very long and this made the entire syllabus not much relevant in the existing scenario.

There were two mandatory internships in my course first to be done after 2nd year and other after 3rd year the internship experience was that I could not learn much from the the project I had done in my internships. The reason for the same was the casual attitude of the mentor no stipend was provided in any internship.

The placement scenario was average the average package was almost around 4 lakhs some companies are mediatek Indian Technologies pvt ltd- 6 lakhsInfosys/TCS- 3 lacksHafales- 5 lakhs.

Eureka annual techno, cult fest, participation-5000 biggest event, Bodhh annual technical fest, participation-2000, Eureka annual tech fest, participation-3000 by CSE Department.

The fee structure was very affordable fee for boys- 18,000/- per annum + examination fees for girls- 9,000/- per annum examination fees no extra fees was charged on any account other than membership fees of fests and study materials.

The alumni association provided an annual scholarship of Rs. 10,000/- on the basis of merit and family income of the student no loan facility was provided in the college.

The gender ration was screwed but girls were respected there was due tolerance to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, politics and education status and there was no specific case of conflict in sexual orientation. There were almost weekly hostel parties. There were at least 1 workshop every fortnightly. There were many cultural societies like Theater Club, Musical Band, Dancing Club. Various literay clubs were Debating Club, Books Club and Drafting Club. Various technical organisations were Technophiles (science club) , Robo club( Robotics Club). Other organisations were Akshay Urja club(energy conservation) and Entrepreneurship Club.The college life was awesome. It taught me the art of collaborative efforts, endurance and ability to fight with odds. It increased my risk taking capacity and helped me to gain confidence and discipline.

The hostel facilities was not very good the hostel were very old in construction and lacked maintenance the washrooms were little unhygienic rating-6 on scale of 10 the mess food was tasty but hygiene was missing the varieties offered were limited. Rating-7 on scale of 10 hostel Rentals- 17,000 annually in sharing for boys.

The alumni is well settled at respectable positions and is traceable almost in all corners of the world and in all sectors. The senior students were very helpful and shared their knowledge and experience through workshops and seminars.

The exam were conducted with utmost sincerity the papers were of due standard and practicals ere conducted gracefully the only drawback was that the exams were usually delayed by a month or so.

The faculty of the collage, barring a few, was highly qualified and vastly experienced they were thorough with subject knowledge. The faculty was not regular in taking classes and moreover, at times, did not even conduct even a single class in the entire semesterm.
