3.8/5 the college management takes much care towards the infrastructure and maintaining the college beauty. The management give much pressure to staffs, especially faculties they are scrutinised and scolded even for silly reasons college has kept a third eye on each faculties due to which many faculties leave the college after 1yr of service.

I have attended the kerala state entrance examination but could'nt make to the rank list. I have also attended the all india engineering entrance examination i took admission in mvj in chemical engineering branch under management seat.

Mvjce follows the syllabus and curriculum of Visveswarayya Technological University(VTU), Belgaum it has almost all the engineering branches college strictly follows university norms in all educational aspects.

Since mvj is located in whitefield, IT hub of bangalore,many reputed IT giants such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys etc are frequent visitors to our college. TCS is a mass recruiter from our college for Mechanical engineers, companies such as volvo, Leyland, tata motors comes every year at least one core company for each branch comes in a year. TESCO offered the package of 4.5lacs/annum and sonata software offered 3.5.

The cultural fest of mvjce is titled as swayam,and its pace gets higher each year the latest version swayam2k15 had varities of programmes performed by in-house students and students from other colleges each event has a reasonable cash prize the technical fest of mvj is known as vertechx it is organized by robotics club of mvj.

Fee structure is a bit expensive but it comes in line with the colleges located with in the bangalore city CET students should pay 15k other than the govt regulated fee management students should pay 1.5lacs per year and there is a slight decrement for each branches the fees includes university fees and exam fees for an yaer no hidden charges are levied.

I am not aware of the loan facilities or scholarships given by the college i have heard that college sanctions the scholarships given by the govt of karnataka as i said earlier i have a very little knowledge about it.

Campus life is not so enjoyable as college timing is from 8 to 4 only a break of 1hr split into two sessions is possible bunking much classes is not possible as shortage of attendance may detain a year university attendance norm is 85% the are several sport competition, seminars music programmes held in college apart from cultural fest.

Hostel and mess food may be ok for the karnataka students, but non-karnatakites may feel much difficult in having it. Mvj is a purely vegetarian campus so eating non-veg inside is a dream far. Hostel rooms consist of three sharing and single sharing with washroom or w/o washroom 3 sharing rooms are big and separate cupboards and tables are given to each individual. I suggest to stay in hostel first year and relocate out after it.

We have a good relation with our seniors and juniors they help us in all matters college has an alumin network and each year a day is celebrated as the alumini day on which convaocation is awarded for the students passed out the previous year.

Exams are divided into semesters and each semester consists of 6 theory papers and two practicals labs are not hectic and passing in labs are easy of the 6 theory papers each sem, 3 are a bit tough and it is problematic 3 internal examinations will be conducted by the college in each sem and the average of best two internal is submitted to the university at the end of the semester.

The faculty of mvj is vast in no many faculties are from IIT background and retired from govt most of them have wide knowledge in the subjects which they handle.
