The Main Good thing about my College is Library.The College Library is well stacked with more than 18,000 books in Engineering and Management disciplines. The library has all the IEEE journals and many national and international journals, an inexhaustible collection of reference materials and an e-library through internet. Library management is automated to a high degree. Arrangement to get any book from anywhere in the world through delnet also exists.

I wrote Kerala Entrance but unfortunately i didnt get a college near to trivandrum,so i opt for Narayana Guru College of Engineering, and all my Classmates refer me too.This college have a perfect atmosphere for studying electircal and Electroncs Engineering have good scope today. There is an Interview for Joining in the college its only for checking the ability of students!Eligiblity for Bachelor Of Engineering was +2 (50% aggregate in maths, physics, chemistry put together for OC, 45% for BC and NRI and Pass for SC/ST), For Lateral Entry 55% in Diploma.

The Electrical & Electronics department has fully equipped infrastructure, laboratory and staff. The staff here is committed towards the same goal and has an excellent team spirit.The infrastructure and lab facilities are upgraded from time to time and provide adequate opportunities for under graduate students and post graduate students to learn and innovate. The department has distinguished faculty, all holding Master degrees in all major disciplines like power system, power electronics and drives, Applied Electronics, from renowned institutes in India. Research is another thrust area of the department.

My internship Experience was good. It was on my 2nd year at a Electrical Company at Technopark,Trivandurm for 6 months Intership. I loved it and they paid me very well of 4000 and the second one was in a Government of India organisation called Technology Information Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC),BE/B.Tech students must have successfully completed four semesters or appeared for fourth semester examinations can apply to this Intership,they paid me 10,000 Rupees per month for a period of 6 Months.To offer high quality research programs in the area of Electrical and Electronics, and Collaborate with industry to offer solution for global needs. To promote internship opportunity program for students.

The college has fully fledged Training & Placement cell headed by Mr.Gnana Jebadhas. Undergoing his research on Quality work-life Balance, Specialist in HR having 8+ years of immense industrial experience in Recruitment, Training & Development, Campus hiringﾒs, Legal Practice, Career Counseling, Corporate Relations, and Entrepreneurship Development etc. He successfully organized several placement drives, training programs and job fairs in every year for recruitment. Placement cell is functioning in the college effectively. Students with higher percentage of marks participate in Interviews arranged by Anna University for leading software companies like Infosys, CTS, TCS,Nokia and US Software etc. Many students have been placed in a number of companies with 20000 to 30000 Salary. The campus recruitment program is conducted in two sessions, the first from mid November to mid December and the second from January to February.

Narayanaguru college of Engineering celebrates college and Cultural Day, Onam Festival, National Day Symposiums, Sports Day, Pooja Festival etc all students equally participates in all cultural events, Pooja Festival Onam festival are some what big in programmes.

For studying electrical and electronics fees is only upto 1.6 Lakhs, its not expensive like other colleges. The College provides exceedingly good accommodation and very tasty and hygienic food in seperate Hostels for Boys and Girls. The menu includes North Indian, South Indian, Kerala and Tamil Nadu Food and a cup of milk at night. There is 24 hours Wifi Enabled Internet connectivity and 24 hours Gorkha/Ex-serviceman security. Competent teachers stay along with the inmates.

The NCGE/AAG Excellence of Scholarship Award recognizes graduating seniors majoring in geography for outstanding academic achievement award winners are chosen by individual geography departments. The primary criterion for this award should be academic performance, Departmental service, Dedication, Enthusiasm participation can also be considered.

More than 2000 students in the rolls. Highly qualified ,talented and experienced faculty, Well-stacked library, Most modern labs for all the branches in the college, E-Notes of daily classes emailed to every students ,Separate Hostels for Boys and Girls and very tasty & hygienic food Homely atmosphere, Cool salubrious resort like location in a lush green rubber estate Lower fee for higher marks , Eight batches of students placed in MNCﾒs like IBM, Infosys, TCS, HCL etc , Ideal conditions for study ,Air conditioned presentation Halls , Video Conferencing Facility , Group Discussion Rooms , Interview Rooms , High Speed Internet ,Gust House , Wifi enabled campus , Intelﾮ intelligence labs , Quality improvement cell aiding students to access information from NPTEL and other course-related work.

All seniors are well behaved to there Juniors, No ragging is allowed inside the campurs. Seniors are all friendly and they help a lot for studing and even cultural Programmes too. My batch meet at the College every six months together, and we are living as a family there inside the campus, that much friendly was the management and seniors.
