NMIMS is in Mumbai and The course is very unique. Bsc Finance goes in to core concepts of Finance and NMIMS shows the direction of how to work in this corporate world. NMIMS has many societies which help a student groom and also increases his/her confidence and increases his/her extracurricular activities.

Bsc Finance course is closely related to the CFA Level 1 Those interested in CFA can go for this course Bsc Finance will go to the core concepts of Finance which will help a student get a grasp of how to go in towards the financial concepts

Placements are quite good at NMIMS From Barclays, JP Morgan to various consulting firms Placements help a student get a real experience of how to work in a corporate world. 4-5 students were placed at Barclays Globals Bank from the Bsc Finance course.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES
