Colourful college.

The teaching standars has to inprove a lot.and college should work hard in bringing many companies for the placement of the students.an the quality of engineers should improve.

I joined the college through CET exam conducted by govt of karnataka i got 23256 rank i wanted to do civil enginering and my father suggested this college i applied and got a seat in this college the seat is assigned through online seat matix.

BE is a 4 year course in the first year all the students have same subjects irrespective of the branch for civil engineering the electives stats from 5th sem where you can choose a subject of your intrest elective like rural water supply ,matrix.will be in 5th sem electives differs on college .in the 7th sem elective like theory of elasticity, pavement materials, solid waste management, air pollution, design of steel structures wiil be present we have to choose any 2 among the above.

Till today no civil company visited our campus we did internships at private firm without any stipend. and college dont support much of it but our college organises various site visits to ensure a great learning of subjects by students.

If anyoe want a job in a software company its very easy since plenty of companies visit our campus but for a job in civil engineering only 1 or 2 companies visit which offers not more than 20k per month, job prospectus for civil students is very poor only 2 software companies allowed civil students to attend the interview, TCS and tech mahindra.

Our department celebrates various events, teachers day, engineers day, and for fun ethnic day and department fest is organised in every even sem many resource people are invited to give guest lucture various such activities are conducted our deartment fest is a national level event people from across the country visit OUR COLLEGE.

Our college is government aided college in civil thre are two kind of fee structure 1 aided -18000 pa and un aided which has a fee structure of 42,500 pa.

There is a loan facility and bank will provide loan for all the 4 year there are various scholarship facilities all the facilities will be displayed on the notieceboard of college even entire fee concission will be given for students whose parents has income of 11k pa.

Campus life is very colourful many competition are conducted regularly robotics workshop is held every year similarly android workshps and many more are conducted by google there is a seperate wing calle debaters association for debate activities NEN for building business skills IEEE for science there is complete tollerence in our college people from all over the country study in our college, they wont be discriminated ant any pont in their engineering life.

There are various kinds of room 3 in a room 2 in a room and single room which is givin to final year students room rent is 22 thousand for 3 in a room and 1 k more for 2 and 1.food is ok managable and every month mess bill will be around 2000 rooms are spacious and bathroom facilities are provided on each floor so there will be no rush so hostel is good.

Our department organises allumini meet every year and alluninies interact with the present students and even help them to get job which is a good point.

Exams structure is student friendly it gives us sufficient gap between 2 exams so we can relax and prepare for next exam very easily and there is a gap between lab exams and theory exams, there is no issue withe the exam structure.

I am not satisfied with the quality of faculty in this college yes of course there are many faculties who are very good but the over all standard is not up to the mark.
