I am in second year of my 5 year college degree from the college IISER Mohali. In 3rd year I am going to choose my major subject and most probably I am going for Chemistry and I am choosing chemistry because it facilitates me and in future I also want to become a good researcher of the field of Chemistry that's why I choose IISER Mohali.
Course Curriculum Overview
Academics and course structure of IISER Mohali is designed in such a way that no student could face any problem when he or she go for further studies like for PhD or post doc then they face no problem. IISER Mohali first two years course structure is designed in such a way to give solid base to students of each subject and from third year the main particular subject in which you are interested is taught.
Placement Experience
There are a lot of job opportunities to students after their integrated MS they can choose a teaching line like to taught in schools or coaching classes, students also go for civil services and other government jobs but majority of students prefer to go for Phds and further education.
College Events
IISER Mohali is very good in organizing extracurricular activities and all the credit of this goes to the large number of clubs of the college which do always something interesting for students and try to make student's life more enjoyful and try to release stress.
