Remarks

Because I wanted to pursue MBA in International Business and in India only few colleges offer this course. And according to my cutoff, I got here. Plus the average package came out to be good. Also the most interesting thing is that during selection process, they consider your overall performance rather than just focusing on the CAT,XAT, etc score. The weightage for work experience and graduation marks are high which can absolutely give you an upper hand despite having a low score and obviously if your communication skills are good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum is well structured and the faculties are good too. But the academics is very strict and you have to be regular here. Attendance is surely not a joke here. The best faculty I found was of Operations which is taught by Balaji Reddie Sir.

Placement Experience

Average package is good considering the amount of students in a particular batch. Companies coming up are also good and students get placed easily.

College Events

Extracurricular activities are also good. Students can participate in various fests held. Drishti is the Annual Cultural Festival that is held in Sri Balaji University in which different competitions are conducted.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is quite impressive. 4 institutes have different buildings. College also has hostel in premises for 1st year students only. It has gym and swimming facilities for the students. The mess is also good.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

The college is excellent because there are numerous facilities available such as experienced staff members and a wide range of instruments such as HPLC, HPTLC, UV, IR, and others. the college has good infrastructure, including a large library with nearly 6000 books and a campus with WI-FI .there are three research labs for PG students, and the college has its own licensed animal house.
