Remarks

My result was the main factor that made me choose this college. This was the best college I could go to with such a result. The college campus is good. A lot of importance is given to sports and other activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

We were up to date with the course syllabus with the help of regular classes and the teaching faculty.The faculties in the college were very good. There were other co-curricular activities as well which was very beneficial.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements and job opportunities are good. Many big companies come and the selections take place. A good number of students are placed in such companies. The alumni networking for job referrals are also very good.

College Events

Our college has a lot events in every field like for sports we have tournaments of cricket, football, basketball and other games. For cultural activities we have dancing, singing and many more competitions. We also have independence day celebrations in the college.

Campus Life

The campus infrastructure was huge and there were a lot of activities in the college like sports arena, basketball court, a big library with more than sufficient books and other activity rooms for dancing, singing etc were also there.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
