Remarks

It is the only college which offers design with mangement. Plus in the first year we studies about a lot of things such as design, about leather nd how to identity leather nd about the diffrent techniques used to make leather products. We learn about diffrent colour schemes. In the second year we got to know about marketing, retail, merchandising.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is good though the college should focus more on practical knowledge rather than on theoretical knowledge. Though our college focuses more on theoretical knowledge students prefer to have practical knowledge and teachers teaching in a more practical way

College Events

The campus life is really good. It is very quiet as compared to other colleges which have a very noisy environment. The college is never too crowded and the environment is generally very good. The students come from different states nd thus we get to know them nd the different cultures from which they come from

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. And almost all student got job in campus. Last year highest package is 8.5 lacs and average package is 3.5 to 4 lacs. Here almost 90-95% student placed. In starting 5-8 years I make me financially strong and learn about market and condition. After I looking for a startup.

FDDI - Not good not bad

I applied for NID, NIFT, IIT, FDDI, JKLU and CHITKARA I did not clear NID ,NIFT, IIT, as my rank was not good for a general seat. I got AIR 13 in FDDI and admission in JKLU AND CHITKARA.
