One of the reason is the college is situated in the same city as my house is. The teaching staff and their way of teaching in this college is excellent. Good environment. Staff are student friendly and are always available to clear any doubts and advice regarding projects etc. It's a growing college the fests and activites are organised by students with good support. The college also has technical clubs one of which is SAE club and the college have helped a lot in funding the student formula car for SAE SUPRA event along with aid the team in accomodation during the event in Noida. The college supports both sports and cultural activities both intercollegiate as well as University level. They also aid us for placements by providing classes from placement services for aptitude, GD, mock interviews etc. The college has also provided access to Coursera courses for free with certificates.

The syllabus is quite updated and since it's common for all the colleges from VTU university I don't complain about it. There are provision for choosing two elective from 5th semester based on students choice. Various technical and non technical workshops are held with industrial person. Faculties are the best one of the main reason I love the college. It's difficult to name specifically since there are many. The HOD of my department (mechanical) always guide us well also teach well. Some faculties are great with respect to the technical aspects and some are great with respect to interaction but overall all the facilities teach well and guide any student in need.

I have done internship for one month in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. The company doesn't provide stipend for undergraduate interns. The process to get internships are some of the companies college refer and few other college refer but we have to pay certain amount to get the internship, and others get internships through reference.

The company's visited are Infosys, Talentio, Manipal Technologies, Wipro, Qspider, TCS, Deduce Technologies, Mu sigma, specbee, Tayana, Sanria, United rubber, Resgaurdo and many more. Lots of students are placed about more than 120 students are placed in this year which is little low due to this pandemic.

There are branch wise technical clubs with different names and they conduct regular events like quiz, design competition, seminars etc with small cash prizes. There are other technical clubs like IIOT club and SAE club which is very active and college conducts IIOT competition every year with participants coming from all neighbouring colleges along with our college. SAE club have team named Lakshya Motorsports who have participated in events like SAE SUPRA organized by Maruti Suzuki in Greater Noida. The college also conducts cultural event named Manthana which is conducted for students within the college and also Intercollegiate event named Varnotsava and Annual day. The college also celebrates traditional day, Vanamahotsava. The college also have NSS-YRC Rotaract club which is very active in conducting social activities like beach cleaning, Fund rally, special school visit, teaching different government college students about different technologies, blood donation etc. College allows students to organise different events and games. The labs are well equipped with all the required equipments as well as bring new technologies like 3D printer for research purpose.

The college supports lot of scholarships for underprivileged and for SC,ST and OBC students like epass scholarship and other scholarships as well. Since I'm from a middle class unreserved category student I wasn't eligible to avail any. But lots of students have availed regularly. All these scholarships are provided by the government but the college lets us know about all these regularly.

Campus are equiped with basketball court, volleyball and handball court. My campus is also equiped with indoor game facilities like lot of Table tennis, carrom, chess etc. The college is equiped with Gym with dumbells and many other equipments which can be accessed by both students and staff. The college also provides free wifi and also PC's within the campus for study purpose. My college also has huge library with enough books, group discussion room and room for self study. They also makes sure than students get any book they need. Even if it isn't available the name and author is noted and they make sure the student gets that book within few weeks.

I haven't opted for hostel but as far as I know there is good hostel facility for both boys and girls. They are given the option to either have 3 sharing or 2 sharing based on the students requirement. It's easy to avail hostel facility. There is mess facility as well.
