Remarks

I am inhouse student, so it was an easier option especially during a pandemic. The college focusses on overall growth of a person, not only academics. The campus is really good too. It has amazing extracurricular activities and opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview

A very detailed curriculum which is nice but sometimes gets very general. We are given many opportunities and tips to use. The faculty is helpful and available almost all the time. Some of them might be on edge at times though.

I have no idea at this level of education. But I have heard, that there are good placement opportunities with mithibai as it is well established and well-known.

College Events

If you're fond of bollywood celebrities then youl have a great time in mithibai as it not only holds one but 2-3 festivals during a year. The other small festivals and events are amazing too. For students, most of the events are free at college Id. The melas all years are diverse and promise fun.

Campus Life

I like the campus especially the huge library. As a book lover, it is very nice to see so many books at my convenience. The college canteens source tasty food too. The fact that we have 2 canteens and a bakery canteen that provide different menus is cool.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

The college is excellent because there are numerous facilities available such as experienced staff members and a wide range of instruments such as HPLC, HPTLC, UV, IR, and others. the college has good infrastructure, including a large library with nearly 6000 books and a campus with WI-FI .there are three research labs for PG students, and the college has its own licensed animal house. Mithibai has great placement opportunity as there are big companies that comes for campus placement like KPMG, DELOITTE, JP MORGAN and EY. So it can give great start to students in corporate world. This is one of the reasons I chose mithibai over other colleges. Also there are so many clubs that I can be a part of to form connections, gather ideas and build leadership skills. I also applied to NMIMS, DU and I got admission there. Reason for not choosing was simple that the opportunities for me were more at Mithibai than any other college and it was a great decision overall. As I had done FYJC and SYJC from Mithibai college only so I had enrolled in the same college for Bachelor of Commerce course . I had thought for applying in other colleges but no college in Mumbai was providing good infrastructure and facilities at low fees that time.
